In pulping large blocks of wood are crushed into small chips and then mixed with chemicals to remove lignin from attached cellulose fibers.
- Cellulose fibers are then washed with chemicals and passed through heated rollers.
- If our clients want custom brown kraft paper then we skip the bleaching process. But if a business wants custom white kraft paper then these rolls go through a bleaching process. The bleaching process removes the natural color of the kraft and gives it whatever color we like, such as blue, black, green, red, pink, gray, and more.
- Next, the coating is done on these rolls. We provide a wide range of coating options like PE, wax, silicone, and more. We also provide uncoated bleaching options as well.
- Then we print your custom kraft wrapping paper with your chosen designs.
- Now the cheap custom kraft paper rolls are cut into small sheets according to your provided sizes.
- After quality checks are made, we pack your sheets/rolls in to durable corrugated boxes and ship them to your doorstep.
