Using the services of Packlim implies that you agree with the following terms and conditions discussed in detail. Our company reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notifying the visitors or existing customers. Visitors are required to read this page regularly to stay updated with our new policies.
This website is not meant to be used or accessed by robots or some of the automated means. Fraudulent use of our website or any other misleading activities not conforming to these terms of service will be prosecuted.
Trademarks and Copyrights
At Packlim you take the responsibility of your content used in the submitted artwork. Submitting your design work at Packlim implies that you agree that you will not include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted content. The content to be printed on the material should be unique and just related to your brand identity. Using a small portion of copyrighted content, or any other trademark, can subject the user to serious and legal actions. Therefore it is requested to go through the packaging design content before submitting your artwork so that both of us save time for each other.
Customers Content:
The content to be printed on your packaging design solely depends upon you and you will be responsible for both the information and context included in the content you want to print. If there is any indecent or unlawful piece of information in the printed content on your packaging design then any of the team or department of Packlim will not be held liable against content errors and content copyrights.

Order Process
The simplified order process at Packlim requires the quote form to be filled by the users. You can send your detailed query and order specifications to us using this form.
Color Variations In Design
Here at Packlim Designs, we get printed from the submitted print-ready files as closely as possible as we follow a seamless and well-equipped printing process. However, we cannot guarantee color match and color density. This is because of limitations associated with the printing processes and color codes used in the design file. The other factors include different properties of various printing surfaces, as well as neighboring image ink requirements.
Artwork Submission Guidelines
Whenever you submit artwork or a design file, our internationally certified designers and packaging experts will create electronic proofs of your submitted artwork/files. As you suggested and determined by our graphics designers team, the artwork or submitted file must have at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) resolution to get a quality print. This is the final size requirement for the submitted file, and it should be in CMYK format.
PROOFING & MATCHING and CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOF AND LAYOUT
Customer is solely responsible for proofreading and approving all artwork and layouts submitted to Packlim. Packlim will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the customer-supplied artwork. It is essential to ensure that all spelling, grammar, and formatting is accurate before submitting the final proof.
APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE PRINTING
Packlim confirms the design and order details from its customers by getting approval from them. Once approval is given, any changes to the design will cost extra charges if the customer is not willing to go with the approved design. Packlim reserves the right to refuse any design that does not meet our quality standards or is deemed inappropriate.
COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS
While Packlim strives to achieve accurate color reproduction, slight variations may occur due to factors such as monitor calibration, printing processes, and paper stock. For critical color matching, it is recommended that the customer provides a hardcopy proof of the desired color.
MATERIALS
Packlim uses high-quality materials to ensure the durability and aesthetic appeal of our custom packaging. However, it is important to note that the final appearance and performance of the packaging may be affected by factors such as storage conditions, handling, and environmental factors. You will be charged extra amount on the total amount of the order paid. Here we offer the highest quality kraft, cardboard, corrugated cardboard and rigid board.
Order Payment Process
All the payments at Packlim, as determined by our customer service team, will be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). Depending upon the nature of the products and services you get at Packlim, all the customers are required to make a full payment, including all charges, taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

Order Design & Manufacturing Process
Packlim deploys the best practices to process the order confirmed by the customer in the initial process. Once the order has been sent to the processing, designing, and manufacturing department, no changes can be made to any part/feature of the order.
Order Delivery & Shipping Process
The company is committed to delivering the orders at the predetermined turnaround times, typically between 6 to 8 business days. But it can vary depending on the size of the order and some unforeseen circumstances. The Company will notify the customers of any anticipated delays. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. The Company is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping.
Order Cancellation
There is 4 hours after order confirmation for all the customers, irrespective of the size of the order, during which the customers can approach or send requests regarding the amendments in the order. No liability will be held by any of the departments of Packlim Packaging USA after 4 hours regarding order cancellation.
Order cancellation after 4 hours will carry a charge of 20% of the total order amount before the order is canceled. The order cancellation request after 4 hours but within 24 hours after the order placement can be entertained at Packlim. But such requests will be accompanied with a 50% deduction of the total order amount. The reason for the deduction of half of the order amount is we initiate the order process just after 4 hours. The 50% order charges help us to compensate for the loss associated with order cancellation.

Policy About RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As all orders are unique, All Sales Are Final. There will be no refund on any type of order, whether it is under process or delivered. You may request a refund if any possible error or discrepancy is found in the delivered order.
Requests For REPRINTS: The customer must notify the Packlim team within 2 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. Packlim will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 2 business days of the delivery date.
After receiving the requests for product replacement or reprints, we will initiate a process of verification and investigation. Our packaging consultants will investigate and find out the cause of the error/defects in the dispatched order.
No refunds and reprints will be made until our team of packaging consultants completes the verification and investigation process.
Overruns/Underruns
We will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional quantity in some cases (especially for bulk orders). There is no extra charge for this additional amount. There is little or no chance of getting the order with any underrun. It is advised to order with 5% to 10% extra quantity in order to kill the chance of getting an underrun.
Indemnification & Limitation of Liabilities
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Packlim.com, including its members, directors, employees, representatives, vendors, suppliers, affiliates and subcontractors, from and against any and all claims, damages in the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a “Claim”) is made or commenced against us, based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by us and ordered by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or another proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene; and (c) are the results of unauthorized access to any password-protected area of our website.
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost, and expense arising from or related to the Claim, including without limitation: (1.) defending us against any such Claim, (2.) paying any judgment or award; and (3.) reimbursing us for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
Packlim provides packaging services “as is” without any warranties. However, The skills of our packaging consultants and quality assurance process ensure that you get your packaging order without any error in both the printing and assembling of packaging material.
