If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to website visitors, customers, businesses, and other parties purchasing products or using services provided by Packlim.

  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to customer or company information

Packlim may restrict or suspend website access where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

2. Products and Custom Orders

Packlim provides custom-manufactured packaging products made according to customer requirements.

Custom product specifications may include:

  • Product dimensions
  • Packaging style
  • Board thickness
  • Material selection
  • Printing colors
  • Printing method
  • Surface coatings
  • Foil stamping
  • Embossing or debossing
  • Window cutouts
  • Inserts
  • Custom artwork
  • Logos and branding
  • Finishing options
  • Order quantity

Because these products are manufactured specifically according to customer-approved specifications, customers should carefully review all product information, quotations, artwork, proofs, and specifications before approving an order.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations provided by Packlim are based on the information available when the quotation is prepared.

Pricing may vary depending on factors including:

  • Product specifications
  • Dimensions
  • Materials
  • Quantity
  • Artwork requirements
  • Printing requirements
  • Finishing requirements
  • Production requirements
  • Shipping requirements
  • Applicable charges

A quotation becomes applicable to an order when the customer accepts the quotation and Packlim confirms the order.

If an obvious pricing, calculation, typographical, or specification error is identified before order confirmation, Packlim may correct the error and communicate the corrected information to the customer.

Any applicable price change will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

4. Artwork and Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork and production proofs before providing final approval.

Customers should verify:

  • Spelling
  • Grammar
  • Dimensions
  • Product style
  • Colors
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Text
  • Images
  • Product specifications
  • Quantity
  • Finishing requirements
  • Other production details

Packlim begins production after the applicable artwork and specifications have been approved.

Once final approval has been provided, the customer is responsible for errors contained in the approved artwork or specifications.

Packlim is generally not responsible for customer-approved:

  • Spelling errors
  • Grammar errors
  • Incorrect dimensions
  • Missing graphics
  • Incorrect graphics
  • Missing information
  • Incorrect colors
  • Customer-selected specifications

5. Printing and Color Variations

Colors displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, tablets, and other digital screens may differ from the final printed product.

Color differences can occur because of:

  • Monitor calibration
  • Screen settings
  • Printing technology
  • Ink absorption
  • Material characteristics
  • Lighting
  • Surface coatings
  • Manufacturing processes

Minor variations in color, alignment, trimming, folding, embossing, foil stamping, coatings, die-cutting, and finishing may occur within commercially reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

These normal tolerances do not automatically constitute a manufacturing defect.

Customers requiring specialized color matching should discuss available color-matching options with Packlim before production begins.

6. Production and Turnaround Times

Production and handling times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and order requirements.

Production time may be affected by:

  • Order quantity
  • Product specifications
  • Manufacturing capacity
  • Material availability
  • Printing requirements
  • Finishing requirements
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Seasonal production volume
  • Circumstances outside Packlim’s reasonable control

The estimated production timeframe will depend on the specific product and order.

Customers with time-sensitive projects should contact Packlim before placing an order to confirm the available production schedule.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Packlim currently ships orders within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within the United States is free.

Estimated standard carrier transit time is 2–5 business days after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Handling time is generally 1–2 business days after the order has been verified, payment has been confirmed, and required artwork and specifications have been approved.

Custom packaging also requires product-specific manufacturing time, which is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Packlim’s reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, and other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Packlim is not responsible for delays, additional carrier charges, or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

For more information, please review our Shipping Policy.

8. Payment Terms

Payment requirements depend on the specific order and will be communicated through the applicable quotation, invoice, checkout process, or sales representative.

Where payment is required before production, production will not begin until the required payment has been received and the applicable artwork and specifications have been approved.

Failure to make required payments may result in an order being placed on hold, delayed, or cancelled.

Packlim may decline to process orders where required payments remain outstanding.

9. Order Changes and Cancellation

Customers may request changes or cancellation before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible because materials, labor, production capacity, and other resources may already have been committed.

If Packlim approves a cancellation after production has started, any applicable refund may be reduced by costs already incurred, including:

  • Design work
  • Artwork preparation
  • Prepress services
  • Proofing
  • Materials
  • Production
  • Machine setup
  • Labor
  • Administrative costs

For complete information regarding cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds, please review our Refund and Return Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

Because Packlim products are custom manufactured according to customer-approved specifications, custom products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind or customer-approved errors.

However, Packlim will review legitimate claims involving:

  • Incorrect products
  • Significant manufacturing defects
  • Material manufacturing errors
  • Incorrect quantities
  • Products materially different from approved specifications
  • Significant production printing defects

Claims must be submitted within the applicable inspection period stated in our Refund and Return Policy.

Customers should provide supporting information, such as photographs, order information, and a description of the issue.

For complete terms, eligibility requirements, claim procedures, and available remedies, please review our Refund and Return Policy.

11. Intellectual Property and Customer Materials

Packlim does not assume responsibility for intellectual property rights violations arising from materials supplied by the customer.

Customers retain ownership of their original artwork and materials, subject to any separate written agreement.

Packlim retains ownership of its website content, manufacturing processes, production methods, software, designs, systems, marketing materials, and other proprietary business materials.

Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of prohibited or unlawful content, Packlim may cancel the order and communicate the applicable resolution to the customer.

13. Product Availability

Packlim makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information regarding product availability and manufacturing capabilities.

However, availability may change because of material availability, manufacturing capacity, supplier conditions, or other operational circumstances.

If a material or production requirement becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Packlim will communicate the issue and discuss available options with the customer.

14. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that website information is accurate.

However, the website may contain occasional typographical errors, outdated information, or technical inaccuracies.

Packlim reserves the right to correct errors and update product information, pricing, descriptions, specifications, and availability.

Where an error materially affects an order before confirmation, Packlim will communicate the applicable correction to the customer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, website information and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Packlim does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to be responsible for claims or losses arising from:

  • Customer-supplied artwork
