Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00, New York time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Handling Time

Our handling time is 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. This is the time required to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.

Transit Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days, Monday through Friday. Transit time may vary slightly depending on the carrier and destination address.

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days from the time your order is placed, depending on order time, handling, and transit duration.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA.

Incorrect Address

If the shipping address you provide is incomplete, incorrect, or unrecognized by the courier, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be contacted right away to provide the correct address.

Please note: the cost of reshipping the order to the new address will be your responsibility.

Unclaimed Orders

If the courier tries to deliver your package and it goes unclaimed or is refused, it will be returned to Packlim. When this happens, we can reship your order once the reshipping charges have been paid.

Delays

We always do our best to meet the delivery times we promise, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our control. Packlim is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Bad weather or political issues

  • Government-related shipping delays

  • Incomplete order or address details
