Every order is manufactured according to the unique requirements of customers’ specifications, such as size, material, printing, coatings, finishes, and structural design. Because custom packaging requires specialized production, shipping timelines differ from those of standard retail products.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, manufactured, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with Packlim, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Every order is verified before it starts being produced. This helps in verifying that all product specifications are validated and approved before starting the manufacturing. Production will only start after all of these requirements have been fulfilled:
- Final artwork approval
- Payment confirmation
- Order verification
- Approval of product specifications
- Confirmation of shipping information
If additional information or clarification is required, we can temporarily hold production until the necessary details are received from the customer. Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully before granting final approval. This is because changes requested after the start of production may not be possible.
Production Time
Unlike other commercial products sold in retail stores, each Packlim order is customized for the customer. Production schedules vary depending on the complexity of the project and manufacturing requirements.

Production estimates from Packlim represent timelines based on normal operating conditions and should be treated as expected delivery windows instead of firm completion dates. Rush production is available on qualifying orders. Expedited manufacturing requirements must be discussed with our sales team before ordering.
Shipping Methods
Packlim connects you with experienced national and international shipping carriers so that every shipment can be safely delivered. Available shipping options may include:

Shipping processing methods differ based on order size, destination, and the weight of the order. The time it takes for packages to travel between shipping destinations depends on the carrier. Packlim chooses the most suitable carrier method unless an agreed-upon shipping method has been requested in writing.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates are based on when your item has finished its manufacturing process, and the post is awaiting to be picked up by the shipping service. All delivery estimates are based on information provided by shipping carriers and do not constitute a verified guarantee of delivery. Delivery schedules may be subject to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier network congestion
- Customs inspections
- Transportation disruptions
- Mechanical failures
- Labor shortages
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
Packlim is not liable for any carrier-related performances and is not responsible for delays that occur after a shipment leaves our manufacturing plant. Customers who require a quick turnaround should order long before their project needs to be completed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including:

- Shipping method
- Number of cartons
- Freight classification
- Fuel surcharges
- Additional carrier services
Shipping charges will be displayed in the quotation or communicated before order confirmation whenever applicable. Additional shipping costs that result from customer-requested changes after shipment has been prepared will be charged separately.
Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for the provision of accurate shipping information before production begins. At the time of placing the order, make sure to verify:

Packlim shall not be liable for a delay, returned shipment, extra charges by the carrier, or loss of delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by you. If an address correction is required after the dispatch of the shipment, additional fees imposed by the shipping carrier may be charged to the customer.
International Shipping
Packlim proudly serves customers worldwide. International shipments may be subject to:

- Inspection charges

- Local handling fees
The above-mentioned variables are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in Packlim’s product pricing unless specifically stated by us. Customers are liable for the payment of all applicable regulations in their country. Packlim is not responsible for shipment delays, inspections, refusal, confiscation, or being held by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Customers are then sent shipment confirmations for any shipment that the selected carrier supports once an order has been dispatched. Tracking information may include:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
- Shipment status
- Estimated delivery date
Shipping Carrier
Tracking updates come directly from the shipping carrier. Once shipments enter the transportation network, Packlim cannot alter agent tracking.
- Split Shipments
- Some orders may be shipped in different boxes or split up.
- Split shipments can happen because of:
- Large order quantities
- Product size
- Multiple production schedules
- Warehouse logistics
- Inventory availability
- Freight optimization
Customers will be informed whenever more than one consignment is needed.
Inspection Upon Delivery
After a delivery is made, customers ought to inspect each shipment. Make sure to verify the following:
- Package condition
- Quantity received
- Product specifications
- Visible shipping damage
- Missing cartons
If there is visible damage, customers should note it with the delivery carrier before accepting the shipment. With prompt inspection, replacement requests and shipping claims can be processed quickly.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If customers receive a product damaged during transport, they should:
- Retain all original packaging materials.
- Have shipping cartons and products photographed clearly.
- Document visible damage.
- Reach out to Packlim within five (5) business days from the date of delivery.
Customers must let Packlim know right away if a shipment seems lost in transit. Packlim will help customers by arranging communication with the carrier and opening claims processes if needed, but investigations carried out by carriers may take longer before a final decision.
Shipping Delays
Although Packlim is working tirelessly to meet the estimated production and delivery timelines, some events are more of an uncontrollable nature. These may include:
- Severe weather
- Hurricanes
- Flooding
- Earthquakes
- Wildfires
- Customs delays
- Transportation accidents
- Labor strikes
- Supply chain interruptions
- Government actions
- National emergencies
- Power outages
- Carrier operational issues
Packlim shall not be held liable for financial losses, missed business opportunities, or consequential damages resulting from shipping delays caused by these circumstances.
Risk of Loss
Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, ownership and risk of loss will transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipping carrier. Customers must inform us of such problems as soon as possible so that suitable inquiries may be initiated.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If an order is received with missing quantities or incorrect products, customers must notify Packlim within five business days after delivery. The incorrect or missing order claims should include:
- Order number
- Photographs
- Packing slip
- Description of the issue
Our customer support team will investigate the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
Delivery Refusal
Customers who refuse delivery without prior authorization may remain responsible for shipping charges, return freight costs, storage fees, and other expenses incurred by Packlim. If products are returned because delivery could not be completed due to incorrect customer information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges will apply before reshipment.
