At Packlim, we offer safe and free shipping across the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. If you need an order faster, then no problem, get in touch with our team; we’re happy to help speed things up for you. Order time can vary based on the size and type of materials. Custom or bulk orders usually take a bit longer.

Turnaround Time

Our standard production time is 6 to 8 business days, starting after you approve your digital proofs. In all orders, final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping times.

Incorrect Address

if the shipping address you provide is incomplete, incorrect, or unrecognized by the courier, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be contacted right away to provide the correct address. Please note: the cost of reshipping the order to the new address will be your responsibility.

Unclaimed Orders

If the courier tries to deliver your package and it goes unclaimed or is refused, it will be returned to Packlim. When this happens, we can reship your order once the reshipping charges have been paid.

Delays

We always do our best to meet the delivery times we promise, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our control. Packlim is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Bad weather or political issues
  • Customs or government agencies
  • Incomplete order or address details
