Welcome to Packlim. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, along with products and services. If you are visiting our website or requesting a quotation, besides placing an order and using our services, you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions. Please discontinue the use of the website if you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, customers, businesses, and organizations that purchase products or interact with Packlim.

The materials available on this website are for general information regarding our services and products. We make every attempt to ensure all information is accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that the following will always be up-to-date.

Packlim may suspend or revoke access of users that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or other unlawful activities.
Products and Custom Orders
We manufacture custom boxes that meet your specific needs here at Packlim. Dimensions, materials, printing techniques, finishes, colors, and accessories all differ based on customer choices, and because every order is made to order.
By submitting an order, you state that you have read and accepted all specifications before the production of your order. We retain the right to refuse to process any order that contains:
- Impermissible
- Unlawful
- Offensive
- Copyright infringement content
- Trade mark infringement material
- Any fraudulent
- Prohibited materials
Quotations and Pricing
All quotes given by Packlim are provisional and based on information available at the time of inquiry. Prices are subject to change with respect to product specification, for example:
- Artwork
- Material availability
- Quantity of order
- Shipping requirement
- Taxes and other production factors
A quote is only binding on receipt of payment and confirmation of order. This means that Packlim can correct inaccurate pricing and calculation errors and typographic errors before accepting an order.
Artwork Approval
It is the customer’s responsibility for all artwork, proofs, layouts, dimensions, spelling and grammar errors (if applicable), color choices and design elements on the product at the time of production approval. Our company will start production only after final artwork approval has been received.
Packlim is not liable for typographical errors in approved files, such as:
- Spelling mistakes
- Incorrect dimensions
- Misplaced graphics
- Missing elements
- Inaccurate colors
Customers also need to review every proof carefully before granting final approval.
Printing and Color Variations
Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what appears in digital previews you see on your monitors or other digital devices. Minor differences in color, alignment, trimming, folds, embossing, foil stamping, coatings, and finishing are normal manufacturing tolerances that would not constitute a manufacturing defect. Clients who want exact color consistency can order color matching before production.
Production and Turnaround Times
Production times are estimated from the point of payment confirmation and finalisation of artwork. Production schedules are estimates only and may differ based on factors such as:
- Order volume
- Manufacturing capacity
- Material availability
- Equipment maintenance
- Weather events
- Delivery carrier delays
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Packlim is not responsible for delays in production or delivery due to events beyond our control.
Shipping and Delivery
All shipping dates are estimates and should not be understood as a promise of delivery. Liability for transport transfers to the carrier once they have switched an order to the shipping provider. Confirm that the shipping addresses submitted by the customer are valid before you submit an order. Packlim shall not be liable for:
- Any delays
- Additional charges
- Missing shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers incur the full liability of any:
- Customs duty
- Import tax
- Brokerage fees
- Governmental charges are charged on international shipments.
Payment Terms
Depending on the order, you’ll need to fully or partially pay your supplier before production. Payment options are shown during checkout of your online store or communicated by our sales representatives. If payment is not made on time, orders may be subject to cancellation or production delay. It can also lead to suspension of services. Packlim reserves the right not to process orders for unpaid invoices or outstanding debts.
Order Changes and Cancellation
Before production starts, customers can ask for changes. After that point, it is no longer possible to change or cancel an order because custom packaging is unique and produced for each customer.
Where a cancellation has been approved after the commencement of production, design, setup, material, administrative, and manufacturing costs may be deducted from any refund issued.
Returns and Refunds
Custom packaging products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable as they are manufactured specifically to customers’ specifications. All claims of defective or wrongly supplied products must be notified to Packlim within the relevant inspection period post delivery.
All claims should be supported with photos, an order, and a description of the problem. Upon receipt of the request, Packlim may, in its sole discretion, choose repair, replacement, or partial refund of the qualifying orders.
Refunds are not available for normal manufacturing tolerances, artwork errors that have been approved in writing, or for mistakes made by the customer on their specification.
Intellectual Property
You represent and warrant that the customer owns or has the required licenses, rights, consents to publish logos, trademarks, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, and all other content it submits for production.
Packlim does not expressly or impliedly assume responsibility for copyright infringement, trademark disputes, licensing violations, or improper use of Intellectual property rights supplied to Packlim by the customer.
Customers own and always win their original artwork, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, Packlim owns its manufacturing processes, production methods, website content, marketing materials, software, and other proprietary technology.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Packlim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Customers acknowledge that custom packaging products are manufactured according to approved specifications and accepted production tolerances.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis unless expressly otherwise stated. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Packlim disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Packlim, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities losses, legal expenses or costs of any kind, together with all professional fees arising out of customer artwork any misuse on the products; breach by customer these Terms or violation of intellectual property rights violations and other unlawful activities.
Privacy
Any personal information collected by our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only use your information as we describe in this policy when you use our services.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to the conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be arbitrated in the proper state or federal courts, and both parties submit to venue and jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
Packlim may, at its sole discretion, update, amend, or modify these Terms without notice at any time. Any changes will take effect as of the time they are published on this website. By continuing to access or use our website or services after we have released an updated version of the Terms, you agree to be bound by those Terms changes.
