Agreement to Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions that control the successful delivery of custom packaging services are defined as a legally binding agreement between you and Packlim. 

By becoming agree to our terms and conditions implies that you agree to use our website or services under the boundaries defined by the conditions given here. 

Any visitor or customer who does not agree to these Terms & Conditions, may not access or use our website or services.

Order Placement Process 

  • By submitting the order details (name, address for shipping, and payment information) in the order form, as a customer, you will be responsible for your information. 
  • We accept payment by the payment options available on the order form. Payments except those options will not be accepted. 
  • Order after placement is subjected to the company’s administration for acceptance. Packlim can reject any order for any reason because we reserve the right to do so. 
  • Customers are required to make the payment for full dues. It is necessary to initiate the design process for order. 
  • The customer is advised to double-check their design needs and the information before placing the order using the interface available here. 
  • For order forms with inaccurate or incomplete information, the customer will be responsible. 

Order Approval

  • After order placement, you get a digital proof of your custom packaging order. This proof will require your approval. 
  • After getting the approval of your order details our team will initiate the process of completing your order. 
  • Be careful while entering your order details because once the order is approved we will not be responsible for any kind of change in the design anymore.

Policy For Artwork and Design

  • Packlim design all types of images in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300DPI. 
  • The company will not be responsible for any printing errors like blurred printing or different printing than what you demanded. 
  • The customer will be liable for custom images, graphics, text, or material to be incorporated into the products. 
  • We accept PDF, JPG, or PNG files from the customer who wants to add their artwork on the packaging. Your artwork work will be reviewed by our designers and checked for printability and technical accuracy. In case of technical issues, we may request revisions. 
  • You retain all ownership rights to your artwork and design files. The company does not share your design/artwork with our client or a third party. 
  • The company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in your artwork that are not identified by us during the review process

Order Cancellation: 

After proof approval of the order: 

  • A 20% deduction from the total payment for the order will be made if the customer cancels the order within 4 hours.  
  • In the case of cancelling the order within 24 hours 50% deduction will be applied on the total payment for the order. 

The above-mentioned deductions help us bear the loss and wastage of the resources after start working on your order. 

Production and Delivery Process: 

  • Production lead times depend upon the magnitude and complexity of your packaging design. We ensure an estimated lead time when you place your order. Our professional team confirms the delivery of the order within this time deadline. 
  • The company is not responsible for any delays in production or delivery that are beyond our control. Many times acts of God, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays are the main reasons behind the delay. 
  • The company is not responsible for kind of delays that are associated with inaccurate or incomplete address information.
  • Delivery of the product is free and is the concern of Packlim. The customer only needs to pay for the product as agreed in the final agreement.
  • Packlim is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to technical difficulties, weather conditions, shipping company delays or customs issues. 

Returns and Refund Policy: 

  • In case of a faulty design of the delivered product, the customer is required to inform our consultation team within 2 business days of receiving the product. 
  • After confirming the fault in the design we will arrange the reprint for your order but there is no policy for refunding the order amount. 
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to send a photo of the defects within 7 working days after this deadline the request for a reprint of the order shall not be entertained. 
  • In case of urgent reprint, there will be some extra charges that would be non-refundable. 

Overruns Underruns:

The Packlim delivers the exact number of products but there might be a change of a 5% underrun or overrun. Therefore it is suggested to order 10% extra over the required quantity to kill the chance of issues arising due to the quantity of the order. 

Production Speed, Shipping, and delivery of orders:

Packlim will inform customers of the time required to produce the order once the order placement has been completed. Incase of urgent orders the customers are requested to inform us earlier. . Urgent printing usually involves extra charges based on the nature and quantity required.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: 

Packlim has the right to change or modify the terms and conditions depending upon predetermined parameters that are being updated from time to time. You are advised to visit this page every time before placing your order on our website.
